Unify Leads is built for exhibitors who want to capture and convert high-quality leads without hassle. In just four easy steps,
you can go from registration to results—whether you're using our mobile app or renting on-site lead retrieval devices.
Step 1: Become an Exhibitor
  • To access Unify Leads, you must first secure an approved booth at your event. Once your booth is confirmed:
  • Your email is linked to the exhibitor portal.
  • You’ll be eligible to log in and manage your lead retrieval options.
  • Only verified exhibitors are allowed to place orders or activate the platform.
  • Important: If your booth isn't approved yet, you won’t be able to access lead retrieval tools.
Step 2: Purchase a Lead Retrieval Package
  • Once registered, head to the Unify Leads Portal and log in using your Unifyleads-registered email.
  • Receive a secure one-time password (OTP) via email to verify your identity.
  • Choose from available packages—mobile app access, handheld devices, or both.
  • Pay securely through PayPal. (Make sure your card details are up-to-date and approved for online use.)
  • Packages are flexible and designed to match the scale of your booth and team.
Step 3: Receive Activation Instructions
  • We’ll ensure you’re fully ready before the show:
  • 7 to 10 days before the event: Setup guides and best practices arrive in your inbox.
  • 2 days before the event: You receive your activation code and login credentials.
  • Our mobile app works on both Android and iOS, while physical devices are available for on-site pickup.
  • Note: A shipping address is collected only for payment processing. Devices are not shipped.
Step 4: Collect, Qualify & Convert
  • Now you're ready to engage attendees with confidence:
  • Use the platform to capture lead data digitally—whether via badge scan, business card, or manual input.
  • Take notes, prioritize leads, and sync data with your CRM in real time or post-event.
  • Your entire event lead activity is centralized, backed up, and export-ready—helping you follow up faster and more effectively.

We process payments through PayPal as our payment gateway. If your credit card is not going through, here are some possible reasons and solutions:

  1. Insufficient Funds or Credit Limit
    • Ensure that your card has enough available balance or credit limit to complete the transaction.
    • If needed, contact your bank to verify available funds.
  2. Bank or Card Issuer Declined the Payment
    • Some banks may block online transactions, especially international payments.
    • Call your bank and confirm that they are allowing PayPal transactions.
  3. Expired or Incorrect Card Details
    • Double-check that your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address are correct.
    • If the card is expired, use a different card or update your details in PayPal.
  4. Transaction Flagged for Security Reasons
    • PayPal may block transactions if they detect unusual activity.
    • Log in to PayPal and check for any security notifications.

  1. Wrong Email
    • Ensure you're using the same email provided at Unifyleads during booth registration.
  2. Booth Not Approved
    • Only exhibitors with a confirmed booth reservation can log in.
  3. Mismatch in Records
    • Your email might not be linked correctly in the system.
  4. Registration Not Completed
    • If you recently booked a booth, wait for approval.

If you're having trouble receiving the security code to order lead retrieval devices, here are a few things you can check:

  1. Check Your Email Spam/Junk Folder
    • Sometimes, emails with security codes can end up in your spam or junk folder.
  2. Email Address Mismatch
    • Ensure that you're using the correct registered email address linked to your booth booking.
  3. Delay in Email Delivery
    • It may take a few minutes for the security code to arrive. Please wait a bit and check again.
  4. Verify Your Booth Reservation
    • If your booth hasn't been approved yet, you might not receive the code.
  5. Need Assistance?

Yes! We will provide all necessary instructions and activation details before the event:

  • 10 to 07 Days Before the Event – We will send detailed instructions on how to activate and use the Unify Leads app.
  • 2 Days Before the Event – You will receive your activation code to access the app.

  • To update your email ID:
  • Contact the Unifyleads Team and request them to update the email associated with your booth.
  • Once Unifyleads updates it, wait a few hours, and the change will automatically reflect in Unify Leads.

The shipping address is required due to PayPal’s payment processing policies, but Unify Leads does not require a shipping address since all lead retrieval devices are picked up on-site at the event.

  • No, only the registered exhibitor’s email ID associated with the booth can be used for login and purchase. If you're purchasing on behalf of a client, please ask them to log in and complete the order using their registered email.
  • To update your email ID:

No, lead retrieval devices are not included for free with the booth. Exhibitors need to purchase them separately through the Unify Leads platform.
